Slicing and dicing for his hometown chum salmon, the mainstream pat hero of Alexandria Kid Rock, Uncle Kracker (born Matt Shafer) stepped out from slow the turntables to spill his debut solo album, Double Wide, on Kid Rock's own Top Dog/Atlantic/Lava tag. Yet some other Detroit combination of low-down post-grunge rock and hip-hop esthetical, Uncle Kracker makes his predecessor proud.

Child Rock and Uncle Kracker are practically phratry. The deuce met in Clawson, MI, in 1987, where Rock was spinning in an all-ages DJ contest at a pop night maculation called Daytona's. The deuce had similar melodic tastes (The Commodores, Run D.M.C., Lynyrd Skynyrd, and George Jones) and became fast friends. Kracker's first gear musical contribution was on Rock's 1991 debut, Hominy grits Sandwiches for Breakfast, and he as well co-wrote and performed on Rock's multi-platinum Heller Without A Cause. It was just a matter of time for Kracker to do his have thing.

It's neither surprising that the media has labelled Double Wide as more wireless friendly than Devil Without A Cause, nor that Rock and his ring, Twisted Brown Trucker, fall together to bang things up on Double Wide. Like his pal, Uncle Kracker cherished a vexing rural area growling woven into mainstream modern rock to make a mindblowing rap junket; Dual Wide was just that, released in summer 2000. "Follow Me" was a popular single among receiving set and MTV's TRL. Two days later on, Uncle Kracker returned with No Stranger to Shame. It yielded graph hits such as "In a Little While" and "Drift Away." Uncle Kracker haggard no time making a follow up phonograph recording. Taking much from the inspiration of early-'70s rock'n'roll, Uncle Kracker issued Seventy Two & Sunny in late June 2004.

Hybrid is a 3 of remixers based in the Welsh metropolis of Swansea: Mike Truman, Chris Healings, and Lee Mullin. Meeting patch sledding to clubs in the early '90s, the triplet made their experience remixes of recordings, at last earning assignments from record companies to prosecute their by-line professionally. Finally, they were sign language to Distinct'ive Records and embarked on making an challenging low base record album, Full Angle, in Moscow, using such talents as singer Julee Cruise and the 90-piece Russian Federal Orchestra. "Finished Symphony," which reached the U.K. singles charts in July 1999, featured the orchestra. It was followed into the charts in September by "If I Survive," featuring Cruise on vocals, and by Wide Angle itself. Picked up for departure in the U.S. by Kinetic (distributed by Reprise, a division of major label Warner Records), Wide Angle was reconfigured for its American show in September 2000. The mathematical grouping then served as the first footmark play on Moby's U.S. hitch that same fall. A host of uncut material followed during the next ternary days, including deuce volumes of the digest serial Remix and Additional Production By as well as the scuffle album Y4K. The proper studio review to Broad Angle, Morning Sci-Fi, followed in 2003.

Lennon killer is denied parole

JOHN LENNON's killer has been denied parole for the fifth time - 27 old age
after he was locked up for murdering him.

MARK CHAPMAN was sentenced to life in prison after shooting the
BEATLES
star outside his Manhattan flat in December 1980.

Killer ... Mark Chapman

He became eligible for parole in 2001 but the New York State Board of Parole
refused to free him.

The 53-year-old has again been turned away, as he is "not compatible with
the welfare of society at large".

Granting parole "would tend to deprecate the seriousness" of the
crime he committed "and undermine respect for the law", the board
ruled.

Chapman is serving his time in Attica maximum security prison near Buffalo
where has been separated from other prisoners because of concerns for his
safety.

In 1990 he expressed remorse for his actions but board members said he still
had the same desire for "fame and notoriety" that led to the
murder.

John's widow YOKO ONO has continually stressed he remain behindhand bars
for the perch of his life.

Chapman will not be allowed to reapply for parole until 2010.

JARED LETO beefed up for the role of Chapman in Chapter 27, in which
he starred alongside LINDSAY LOHAN.

Cynthia Nixon Slams Sarah Jessica Parker's Hat

It's generally accepted that Sarah Jessica Parker and Kim Cattrall still hate each other but it seems that there’s no love lost between Cynthia Nixon and her Sex And The City co-stars either.

Nixon apparently took issue with being overshadowed - literally and figuratively - by SJP’s towering head wear at Monday’s world premiere of the movie version of the TV show, held in London.

"What was SJP wearing on her head?," she was reportedly heard to say on the night, before adding, "What was going on there?"

A source confirmed to the Daily Mail, "There's not a lot of love lost between them either."

Fashion commentators were divided over the Philip Treacy creation perched atop SJP’s head, with a spokesperson for the designer admitting it was "quite brave of her” to wear the "crazy hat."
